Assessment Domains: Al Sabah Indian School, Al Dhaid, Sharjah follows a Formal Assessment Plan catering to children’s development and learning in all domains- physical, social, emotional, language and communication and cognitive development.
Objective: The objective of Formal Assessment Plan is to assess scholastic and co-scholastic areas of development term-wise.
Process Aims: The process helps the student to identify learning difficulties at regular intervals, diagnose learning gaps if any, use corrective/remedial measures to enhance learning and collate feedback which is an evidence to teachers and students for self-evaluation.

Promotions:
- All Muslim students from Grade: I to X should score minimum 50% marks in Islamic Education to promote him / her to next Grade.
- All students from Grade: I to IX should score minimum 50% marks in Arabic [MOE] and Moral Education to promote him / her to next Grade.
Grade: IX and X: A student should have minimum 33% marks in all the subjects in the overall academic performance to promote him/her to next Grade. (Policies and updates applicable from time to time as per CBSE, New Delhi)
